1、 The law of re bending of U-shaped stamping parts

As the stamping plate has been bent into a U-shaped part, compared with the same material thickness, the springback angle is reduced, and the punch's fillet radius is increased, so how much is the punch's fillet radius increased? After analyzing various data, it is found that the bending law of U-shaped stamping parts is related to the following factors;

1. Mechanical properties of materials

The rebound angle is directly proportional to the yield point of the material and inversely proportional to the modulus of elasticity,

2. Relative bending radius R / T

Is the bending radius along the length direction of the workpiece, t is the height of the U-shaped part, the smaller the R / T value is, the greater the deformation degree of the fillet area will be, and the rebound angle will increase with the increase of R / T when other conditions are the same;

2、 The springback of U-shaped bending stamping parts is smaller than that of V-shaped parts, the shape of workpiece is complex, the parts are involved in each other, and the springback is difficult;

3、 In the aspect of mold design, the larger the clearance between the convex and concave die of U-bend die is, the greater the springback of the part after unloading. Because of the excessive clearance between the die, the lower the degree of fit between the material and the die is, and at the same time, the less the radial constraint on the straight edge of the bending part is. In this way, the larger the clearance is, the smaller the plastic deformation of the bending part is, and the zero after unloading For U-shaped bending stamping parts, the springback decreases with the increase of die opening depth, and decreases with the decrease of die gap.
