Metal stamping products are prone to waste and defective products in the production process, which requires our stamping workers to deal with the defective products, how to deal with the specific, briefly;

1. During die adjustment, the mold fitting personnel shall place the test products before the first piece is confirmed to be qualified separately and deal with them centrally. The defective metal stamping products shall be identified to avoid confusion;

2. For the defective products in the production process of metal stamping parts, the staff shall clearly identify the defective phenomenon, place the defective stamping products in the specified box, and record the quantity of defective products in the "stamping workshop production process card" and the relevant record sheet;

3. Before the end of each day's production, the stamping parts processing personnel need to collect the non-conforming products produced on that day, fill in the "non-conforming material return form" and place the non-conforming products in the designated area after being confirmed by the inspectors of the quality inspection department;

4. For the defective products that need to be repaired, they shall be disposed in a centralized way. The production management personnel of metal stamping parts shall also fill in the "rework form" and carry out the rework and repair after the approval of the inspector and the person in charge of the quality inspection department.
